Severtson Corporations Limited Warranty

Use this projector mount at your own risk. Severtson Corporation can not beheld liable for any injuries or damages to anything other than the mount. Severtson Corporation can not be held liable for anything attached to the mount or anything that the mount may damage. Use proper judgment before installation of mount. Make sure that all pieces are working properly. Make sure all pieces are locked into their proper place, especially any spring pieces included with the mount. If you have any questions feel free to contact Severtson Corporation. We will not walk you through the installation, you must contact a local installer. Any advice that may be given by a Severtson Corporation employee will not be held against Severtson Corporation. This mount is warrantied to the original purchaser only and that the mount will be free from defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. At Severtson Corporations option, will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any mount which fails to conform with this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the mount when serviced by anyone other than Severtson Corporation including packaging when returning the product, and any misuse of the product such as over tightening or under tightening, accidental, or on purpose. Any time that someone services the mount besides Severtson Corporation all warranty is lost. Severtson Corporation will not be held responsible if the mount is stolen or lost at any time. If the mount is lost in shipping transit, it is the purchaser who must file a claim against the carrier. If the mount arrives damaged the purchaser must file a claim against the carrier and Severtson Corporation will help in the process by email only. Service@projectorpackages.com Severtson Corporation will not pay for the return shipment and a 20% restocking fee will be charged if the mount doesn't meet purchasers expectations. No one but Severtson Corporation can extend the warranty on its products. Any legal action must take place in Maricopa County Arizona. To obtain service under warranty please contact Severtson corporation by email at service@projectorpackages.com. Severtson Corporation will not accept returns unless authorization has taken place, and return of shipment must be paid by the sender unless stated by Severtson Corporation. There are no other warranties to the mounts than this warranty.
